1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SíChef, a food marketplace/platform that connects independent chefs with local customers. By accessing or using SíChef, users agree to these Terms.

2. The SíChef Platform

SíChef provides a platform for discovering independent chefs, creating chef profiles, requesting or managing orders and event bookings, and supporting related communications and payments.

3. Accounts

Users may need an account to access some SíChef features. Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and promptly updating information that changes.

SíChef may support account creation or sign-in through third-party authentication providers such as Google. Users must comply with any third-party terms that apply to those services.

4. Chef Responsibilities

Chefs are responsible for the information they provide on SíChef, including profile content, menus, pricing, availability, service details, and communications with customers.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, booking, location, timing, contact, dietary, and event information. Customers should review chef profiles, menus, prices, and booking details before placing an order or request.

6. Orders, Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

Orders and event bookings may be subject to chef acceptance, availability, payment confirmation, and any cancellation or refund rules presented during the booking or checkout flow.

7. Payments

SíChef may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe to process payments, payouts, refunds, and related payment services. Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

8. User Content

Users are responsible for content they submit to SíChef, including profiles, photos, menus, descriptions, messages, ratings, reviews, and other materials. Users should not submit content they do not have the right to use.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not use SíChef to:

• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Misuse the platform for spam, fraud, abuse, or deceptive activity.

10. Third-Party Services

SíChef may integrate with third-party services, including providers for authentication, payments, hosting, email, analytics, maps, or customer support. SíChef is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

11. Platform Availability
